(TSXV: VOL) (OTCQB: VLTTF) (“Volatus” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive agreement to help manufacture, market and distribute Airial Robotics’ next generation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) under the Volatus Aerospace brand and its subsidiaries.

Airial Robotics’ patented Gyrotrak technology redefines the possibilities of commercial drone applications by combining the low-energy principles of an autogyro with the hover, vertical take-off and landing features of a helicopter. The company also intended to support and develop existing and qualified new dealers for the products.
