Quality ManagerKey responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain quality guidelines and standards throughout core processes of the organization;

In close cooperation with process owners work out procedures and process maps and facilitate implementation of them;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators;

Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement;

Lead investigations into quality issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions;

Provide training and education to empower employees with process-related knowledge; ensuring the accurate execution and adherence to established procedures;

Lead quality planning for new product development projects to ensure risks are addressed before implementation in serial production;

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization;

Lead Quality department, manage daily operations, motivate the team.

Qualifications

Proven track record of implementing and managing successful quality management systems,

Knowledge and experience in quality management systems preferably from aviation, automotive or any other technical industry;

Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes;

Knowledge of process improvement methods ( Lean, Six Sigma, 5s etc.) , ability to implement them;

Proficiency in problem-solving tools and techniques;

High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;

Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

Excellent analytical skills;

Fluency in English and Latvian
