Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain CNC router, 3D printer, and other machine tools for UAV prototyping.
Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure seamless execution of prototyping projects.
Assist in material preparation, machine setup, and post-processing tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to ensure smooth workflow.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
Train team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
To actively participate in Blue Bear’s Performance Management Scheme.
To undertake such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required within the grade and level of the post.
You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your evolving role within the company and the overall business objectives of the company. Some travel within the UK may be required.
